Begins  April 11, 2021

Black Wall Street was the nickname given to the Greenwood community of Tulsa, Oklahoma.  It is the site of one of the most heinous crimes committed against human beings.  It is one of many communities of African American wealth that have been eviscerated due to nothing more than envy and jealousy.

GoByk will introduce you to the history and people of Black Wall Street and other communities such as Rosewood, Elaine, Sweet Auburn, Wilmington and Seneca Village.

Exposing ourselves to history, that which is taught in school and that which is omitted by design, will hopefully keep us from repeating the mistakes of the past.

This three part course begins on Sunday, April 11 from 1:00-2:30pm EST and will meet on the 18th and 25th as well.
